Applewood Building Services Limited (formally P & A Construction Limited) is a small family run business based in Kent that was established in 1998 by Nigel & John.  

Nigel has been in the construction industry since 1986 and has City & Guilds and Diploma qualifications in carpentry and surveying.    

Over the years, we have built up an excellent reputation, covering all aspects of building in the residential and light commercial sectors. 

We use only skilled and knowledgeable tradesmen in all aspects of the industry.  

We work closely with our customers, providing a friendly and professional service, meeting their every requirement.
